Continue from Part I......

On the fourth day, a day for the local market and Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, we took Metro to reach the Mercado Maravilla. It is bigger than other Mercado that we have visited. It is amazing big and many stalls.

Very clean market
Busy morning

We had a quick snack in the Tapas Bar. We had the fresh orange juice, small tortilla and chorizo.
Afterward, we took Metro to reach Santiago Bernabéu. It was another great weather in Madrid. We bought the ticket for entrance and the tour to the stadium. It costs 18 Euro. http://www.realmadrid.com/en/tickets/bernabeu-tour

It took around minimum 3 hours in the Stadium. We can take as much photos as we would like, we can have a look different kinds of trophies, jersey, balls, etc. from Real Madrid. It was interesting to know the history of Real Madrid.

We headed back to hotel and have afternoon rest before having dinner at La Castela Restaurante.

The front part of the restaurant is a bar for tapas and drinks. The restaurant is in the back side. As we arrived the restaurant, we were surprised. The bar was really crowded, very full of people. Then, we tried to walk in and asked the people for the restaurant. For the first timer, it confused us. The people was friendly so it was fine.
The service was very excellence and the food was really excellent too and it tasted really good.

Besides the main course, we had the appetizer of Jamon Iberico Plate and Pulpo. It was just amazing food. The Paella came in traditional paella pan and it is the portion for 2 – 3 persons. It is big portion for two of us after the appetizer. I have to fight with my stomach to finish up the dish.
Finally I finished up the dish. This was the first time in my life eating food really full until it was difficult for me to move myself but indeed taste really good.
